After creating SSH account I can not login - last message "Could not chdir to home directory"

I have tried to login to the account that I have created with "ssh -vvv fastssh.com-USERNME@sa1.serverip.co" and get the following:

Our SSH Account is for tunneling protocol, so it's without shell access.
you can ignore those errors. its okay

i dont understand this , like the guy said , i too have created and free ssh account and when i try to login thorough terminal, it doesnot work, says the directory /home/xxx doesnot exist. what do you mean by no shell access? so do you mean that all the free ssh services online are just used for tunnelling purposes ?
